Bio

As Vendor Success Manager at Pax8 EMEA, I manage the relationships with our vendors - including Go-to-market strategy and planning, training and resources to ensure mutual growth and success within the channel. Within Pax8, I am also an OKR Champion and WorkBoard certified OKR coach for Pax8 EMEA; helping our internal teams to implement, refine and track their OKRs each quarter. What are OKRs? Most of you will have heard of KPIs. KPIs, which stands for Key Performance Indicators, are a way for teams to track performance within projects and initiatives. OKRs, on the other hand, are a framework for setting and achieving goals used by individuals, teams, and organizations to define measurable goals and track their outcomes. Because of the relationship between the objectives and key results, OKRs are a better way to holistically think about your goals and how they relate to your work. OKR stands for Objectives and key results - The Objective is the goal you want to achieve, the Key Result is the metric by which you’ll measure your progress towards your objective. I have spent over seven years in the technology industry, working closely with IT providers and vendors alike. I am also a member of the CompTIA UK Executive Council, helping to lead and drive change within the channel. I was listed on the CRN A-List for 2021 and won CompTIA's Future Leader Spotlight award in 2022. I hold a B.A. in Egyptology from Liverpool University, specializing in the evolvement of Ancient Egyptian grammar, and I spend my spare time with my partner and three boys. Fun Fact About Me: I am a descendant of King Charles II and have appeared on the TV show Bargain Hunt!
