Ruth joined Costa Coffee in September 2021 and leads the Global Talent Development and Apprenticeships area. She drives Costa’s talent programme strategy for graduates, apprentices and early careers, creating opportunities to enable the business to grow future leaders and key capability. Ruth is passionate about continuous talent development, diversity and inclusion and changing perceptions of apprenticeships.

With over 18 years experience in HR roles primarily in the Technology and Professional Service sectors, Ruth has specialised in Talent Development and Apprenticeships for 9 years, leading award winning, national programmes.
