Firebrand Training are an award winning Digital Training provider, appearing in the Top 20 providers in the world for 7 years running. Delivering industry recognised certifications along with Government funded programmes. Training the likes of Cyber Security, Software Development, Data Networking and Infrastructure programmes to some of the biggest companies in the World, including Microsoft, Barclays, IBM, Lloyds Banking Group, KPMG and Red Bull Racing.

Passionate about Skills, Ben joined Firebrand in 2019 and has overseen the growth of Apprenticeships, a strong Ofsted inspection and more recently the highly regarded implementation of a multi-million pound Skills Bootcamp programme. He also saw Firebrand become the first private training organisation to be admitted to the World Skills Centre of Excellence programme in 2021.

Ben now heads up all Commercial and Government funded training delivery across the Group, bringing his 17 years of experience in the Further Education space and expectations of high standards, quality, customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

Outside of work, Ben is a former professional cricketer and still enjoys captaining his local village team in Worcestershire and coaching the youth teams.
